Managing your subscription is easy.
Just head to https://pinkcloudbeauty.co/account/login?manage-subscriptions (NOTE: if you haven't yet created an account with us, you'll need to select Sign Up first).
Here you'll have full control of your subscription - update your details, amend the quantity, change your delivery address, freeze or even cancel your subscription.
In the event of a payment failure, our systems will make two more payment attempts (on consecutive days). After three failed attempts, your subscription will be placed on pause. You can of course restart this at any time!
The most common reason for incomplete payment is out of date information. Remember, you can keep your details up to date and manage your subscription in your Customer Account.
Cancelling your subscription:
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your online account (see above).
If you'd like us to do it for you, just drop an email to email@example.com stating the email address you subscribed from and the date you would like the subscription to end. Please ensure you cancel your subscription us at least 24 hours before your next order is automatically generated so we can action your request in good time.
Returns and Refunds:
Items must be returned in perfect resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase; please note that items purchased via our subscription service are subject to a £5 administration fee if returned.
