Subscriptions

 

How to subscribe:

Subscribing is easy, go to your chosen product, select the "Monthly Subscription" option, click 'Add To Basket' and checkout as normal.

 

How it works:

  • We'll process the same order every 28 days - you don't have to lift a finger!
  • You'll save 10% off every order
  • You'll get free standard delivery (UK addresses only) on every order
  • You'll get access to exclusive treats, discounts and surprises
  • You can cancel anytime - no contracts, no questions, no minimum commitment

 

Managing your subscription:

Managing your subscription is easy!  You'll have full control through your customer portal.  You can update your details, amend the quantity, change your delivery address or cancel your subscription at any time.  It's your subscription so you're in control! 

The only thing that we ask is that you implement any changes at least 24 hours before your next order is due to auto-generate so we can action the request in good time.

On Mobile / Desktop: The easiest way to access your subscription is through the direct link which will take you straight through to your Customer Portal without the need to sign in.  This link is sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription (and again with every confirmed Recurring Charge).  If you can't find it just drop an email to hello@pinkcloudbeauty.co and we can re-send this to you!

On Desktop: You can also log in to your user account to view your subscription via this link here: https://pinkcloudbeauty.co/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access - just enter the email address that you used when you made your first subscription purchase.  To log into your user account, you'll need to be on a desktop device.

Failed Payments:

The most common reason for incomplete payment is out of date information (eg. a new credit card).  To update payment information:

1. Log in to your customer portal (see Managing your Subscription above)
2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
3. Expand the payment method to be adjusted.
4. Click Send update email - you'll be sent a secure link to update your card details.

In the event of a payment failure, our systems will automatically reattempt the transaction.  After eight failed attempts, your subscription will be placed on pause. You can of course re-activate this at any time!

 

Cancelling your subscription:

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your online account (see above). 

If you'd like us to do it for you, just drop an email to hello@pinkcloudbeauty.co stating the email address you subscribed from and the date you would like the subscription to end. 

Please ensure you cancel your subscription us at least 24 hours before your next order is automatically generated so we can action your request in good time.

 

New Customer Offer:

50% off first subscription for new customers.  Enter code HELLO50 at checkout to redeem.  50% discount applies to one box of Drinkable Vitamins only.  Subsequent orders will revert to standard 10% and free delivery offer.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Items must be returned in perfect resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase; please note that items purchased via our subscription service are subject to a £5 administration fee if returned.
