Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide!

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.  Orders placed after this time are dispatched the following working day.

Please note that the delivery aims below are estimates only and are given as a guide.  

UK Deliveries

  • Deliveries within the UK are £3.99 and have a delivery aim of 3-5 working days
  • Free standard delivery (3-5 working days) on UK orders over £35
  • Express deliveries (next working day) are £6.99
  • Free standard delivery on all subscription orders

European Deliveries

  • Delivery throughout Europe is £6.99 and has a delivery aim of 8-10 working days

International Deliveries:

  • Delivery for the Rest of the World is £19.99 and has a delivery aim of 8-10 working days

We cannot guarantee that shipments will arrive within these timeframes, particularly in the case of international orders (outside of the UK) where items may be subject to delays at customs.

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

For international orders (outside of the UK), we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or seizures incurred.  We recommend you contact your local customs agent for more information.

COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays to some deliveries, particularly to those outside of the UK.  This largely is due to the unprecedented volume of items travelling across delivery networks.  Unfortunately, this is entirely outside of our control.

You can continue to track your order as normal via the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

For international orders (outside of the UK), please allow up to 10 additional working days for the arrival of your delivery.
