Refund Policy   

We get it, sometimes you change your mind. 

The details of our Refunds and Returns policy can be found below.  None of these affect your statutory rights.

If you have any questions about returning or exchanging your product, please email and our Customer Support team will be happy to help.


Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of purchase. After this time we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns for items purchased from and proof of purchase will be required.

1. Please email to let us know you intend to return your item. 

2. Please send your item together with your dispatch note to:

3. Please remember to obtain proof of postage

Please note that orders returned via our subscription service are subject to a £5 administration charge.  This will be deducted from your refund.

Failure to follow the correct returns procedure as outlined above will result in delays to processing.


Once your returned item has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved (ie. the item is unused and in perfect resaleable condition), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 working days. 

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

We take no responsibility for fees or charges incurred by your bank or card issuer (eg. transaction fees for international orders) and these will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund or cancellation.

Late or missing refunds  

If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe outlined above, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the value of the product only.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept any liability for goods which are not returned to us.
